Ryan Biles is a licensed architect, providing design services to clients and project teams statewide.

In 2019, Ryan became Director of Development for Thrive, Inc., a nonprofit graphic design firm based in the Delta. Ryan works alongside Executive Director Will Staley and Designer Sarah Melby to cultivate and steward client relationships throughout the region.

As a volunteer in his hometown of Lonoke, Arkansas, Ryan serves with the leadership of Lonoke 2022, a citizen-driven effort to implement the community’s strategic action plan. He was elected to serve Lonoke’s 4th Ward as alderman in 2018.
